Susan is a lifelong entrepreneur, community volunteer, and highly-respected real estate professional. As Broker Associate/Owner of The Thayer Group,  she specializes in personalized client services, leveraging her extensive market knowledge and sharp communication skills to provide clients the right information at the right time. She is also an Owner of Keller Williams Action Realty, one of Castle Rock's largest real estate brokerages. Susan always keeps a very close eye on market conditions, and applies her expertise as a leading voice of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) Market Trends Committee, regularly contributing insightful market analysis to inform both industry professionals and consumers.
 
Outside of real estate, community involvement and volunteering is her passion, and currently serves or has previously served numerous organizations such as the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Board of Trustees, Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Castle View High School PTO, DCS Montessori School Accountability Committee, and is a graduate of the Leadership Douglas County program. Susan and Steve have received multiple awards for their community involvement from the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, including Small Businessperson of the Year (2022) and Volunteer of the Year (2017). In her free time, Susan enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. 
 
Susan is a graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology.
